Ways to prevent damage to liver

Current generation do not care about their health and life style which is causing damage to liver for many. This prevents liver from performing properly.

Liver is a very important part of body. But the environment we live in is very harmful. Even air, water and food are very harmful for our health. This affects the respiratory tract very much.
We are going to share with you a drink which will detoxify your liver:
2 cups of water
150 gm raisins
Raisins should be selected very carefully. Select ones which are dark in color. Rinse the selected raisins.
Boil 2 cups of water. When the water starts to boil, add the raisins and boil for 20 minutes.
Let the raisins soak the water over night.
Next day drink the water over night on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast.
