3. Fruits Juice:
Never drink more fruits juice because it also contain lots of sodium. A large glass of juice contain 289 milligram sodium which is 10% of our body needed.

4. Tomato Juice:
Tomato juice include salt and sugar. Sugar cover taste of salt in tomato juice.

5. Bakery items:
Cake, muffin and pancake contain lits of baking powder and baking soda. A spoon of baking powder contain 480 milligram of sodium.
